All motorcycles, scooters, and trikes are welcome—no matter the age, condition, or style. Whether it’s dirty and neglected or clean and purty, we want to see it!
This is a people’s choice–style show, with voting done by donation buckets placed at each bike.
The Top 3 bikes with the most money in their buckets will receive prizes.
Buckets will be counted promptly at 2:00 PM on the day of the event, and winners will be announced shortly afterward.
About the Event
This year’s Second Annual Swap Meet & Bike Show is a family-friendly buying and selling event where guests are welcome to both buy and sell a wide variety of items. Attendees can browse motorcycle parts, crafts, collectibles, apparel, and more while enjoying live music in a safe, kid-friendly environment. Vendors and guests may sell legal merchandise only; no illegal or prohibited items will be permitted. For this event only, ALL proceeds from donations, bike show/registration, and spot or rental fees will go directly toward supporting Winston and his family.
Charity Spotlight – Winston
Winston is a sweet 8-year-old boy who loves video games, his pug Mia, and playing with his two sisters. In January 2021, what began as severe abdominal pain led to months of hospital visits before doctors at Riley Children’s Hospital discovered Winston has incurable cancer in his spinal cord, which caused his scoliosis. After a failed 8-hour surgery, chemotherapy, and additional treatments—including shunt surgery—the tumor continues to persist. The current goal is to manage the cancer and keep it stable, and Winston is currently on a treatment break to allow his body to rest.

We welcome vendors of all kinds to join us for our Second Annual Swap Meet & Bike Show. This is a family-friendly buying and selling event, and we encourage vendors offering motorcycle-related items, crafts, knives ,collectibles, apparel, tools, and other legal merchandise. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, sales, and transactions.
**Please note that all items sold must be legal and appropriate for a public, family-oriented environment; illegal or prohibited items will not be permitted.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to creating a fun, safe, and successful event for vendors, guests, and families alike.
Table Rental
RENTAL
$10 per table
**A limited number of tables will be available on the day of the Event for rental, on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Any tables rented for the Event may not be removed from the premises and must be returned upon departure or upon request by event staff.
**If any rented table is found to be missing or damaged, the renter will be held responsible for a $50 replacement fee per table.
Prohibited Materials
**Vendors agree that no chemicals, waste, fuel of any kind, batteries, or explosive or hazardous materials shall be dumped, discharged, or left behind on the premises.
**Any violation of this policy may result in cleanup fees, removal from the event, and/or legal action being taken against the vendor and/or any responsible parties.
Non-Refundable Fees
**All spot fees, table rental fees, donations, and any other fees associated with the Event are non-refundable under any circumstances.
